What's the good of being moral?

What's the good of being moral?

Morality:
1. Concern with the distinction between good and evil or right and wrong; right or good conduct
2. Motivation based on ideas of right and wrong

{ here come the usual questions this topic engenders }

O.K., but who decides what's right and wrong?

Isn't it accepted by most people that "what's right for me might be wrong for you"?

Where does the whole idea of good and evil come from, anyway?

Isn't being evil just as powerful as being good?

Here's the original blog post on this topic.
